5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per new account.
• A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Only bets placed on specified games will count toward the wagering requirement.
• While a bonus is active, bets can only be placed from the total bonus-inclusive balance.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• odds99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program

The odds99 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week; and Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

Sufficient balance must be available for all bets and games on odds99. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error on the part of the platform is proven.

Result Determination

The results of all games and sporting events are determined in accordance with the applicable rules. The individual rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others) may also apply.

Technical Errors

If a technical error causes incorrect results to be displayed, odds99 reserves the right to void those results and refund the bet amount. Abnormal winnings arising from an error will not be paid out.

Cricket and Sports Betting

• Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and all international cricket matches.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
• The most recently updated odds apply to live betting.
• Bets linked to any aberration or match-fixing will be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Following a deliberate betting strategy designed to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to play games.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Submitting false identification or fraudulent documents.
• Initiating any form of chargeback or payment dispute.

8 Account Closure, Suspension and Termination

Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw the funds in your balance, but any bonus balance will be cancelled.

Closure by odds99

If a user violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity, odds99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice. In such cases:

• The balance may be withheld or forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
